LIEUTENANT TIMMY QUILLEN
I have been with the Carteret County Sheriff's Office for sixteen years and have taken on the School Resource Officer role after many years as a patrol lieutenant. This is my fourth year as the Croatan SRO and I look forward to getting to know the students, staff, and parents each year. As a School Resource Officer, I teach law related education, counsel students when necessary, and enforce the laws of North Carolina. I am also available for parents as a resource.
