The Math Team is by invitation or students can potentially take a test to see if they make it on the team. Students from all grades can participate on the Math Team as long as they are in math.
We typically practice math problem solving as student schedules allow.
Our purpose is to prepare for the ECU Math competition that has students competing against other students in our region. If our team places at the regional level, we move on to the state finals.*
*This has been cancelled the last two years due to Covid.
